This poster was designed to promote the RISD Textile Institute, a summer program run by the college. It was to use only type, no image. It had to incorporate class schedules for two sections, decriptions of classes offered, teacher's bios, general information about both RISD and it's Textiles Department, and a letter from the department head about the program. I used weaving for inspiration of the structure, grid, and text placement.
