The basis of this book is Pablo Neruda's poem, Ode to the Book. Designed to express his thoughts and love for books, I photographed my own book to use as imagery and combine with the text. I used a large format (tabloid pages, 17" x 22" spreads) to draw the reader in and fully emerse them in the rich imagery of books, text about books, and the actual book itself. The book is accordian bound with a wrap cover.
